A rainy summer morning is as good as any to start a blog, i think. This weekend just happens to be the long 4th of July weekend which makes me quite happy. I recently subscribed to vegetarian times magazine and have been quickly working my way through all the recipes, of course subbing out ingredients and not quite measuring things exactly but every thing always turns out wonderfully. I would highly recommend it if you like to cook. Even if you aren't a veg. it has some lovely healthy foods. I think my favorite so far was this crustless leek, greens, and herb quiche!
